The Sign Kocaeli Thermal Spa Hotel &Convention Center

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are big and fully equipped. The hotel has thermal baths, pool and spa. The breakfast partially changes every day. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no traffic noise since the hotel is far from the street.

The swimming pool and water games, and the hotel's location close to nature. I also liked the treatment of the reception staff, Arslan and Eda.

The breakfast was delicious with good amount of varieties. helpful and welcoming staf

The hotel was just the perfect place for my family. An amazing swiming pool and a play ground. The breakfast had a good variety of food and on top of it all the the entire staff was so friendly and supportive
